Help for Heroes Bake Sale!

On Friday 29th April, Adore Recruitment organised a bake sale in aid of Help for Heroes. Everyone pitched in and baked some lovely cakes. We raised a fantastic £90 in two hours! All of the proceeds are going to help wounded service men and women. Following the huge success of this event, we hope to organise similar things in the future! You can organise your own event for Help for Heroes; for more information go to their website -

As an ex recruitment consultant myself I believe good recruitment agents are hard to stumble across these days however I have to say hats off to your company and staff. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with Charlie & Brogan whose level of customer service has been second to none. Best 25 Jobs in 2016

The recruitment industry is booming and this looks to continue throughout 2016. Glassdoor have recently produced a scoring system to measure the best jobs in the UK. Results represent job titles that rate highly among all three categories. “For a job title to be considered, it must receive at least 30 salary reports and at least 30 career opportunities ratings shared by UK-based employees over the past year (8th January 2015 to 7th January 2016). The number of job openings per job title represents active listings on Glassdoor as of 8th January 2016. This report takes into account job title normalisation that group’s similar job titles and a minimum of 100 job openings must be live per job title.” Speaking to Executive Grapevine, Diarmuid Russell, Glassdoor’s Head of International, said of the findings: “The UK…

However, rather than your manager just shaking your hand and saying good luck, he throws a counteroffer in your direction; more money, more holiday and better benefits. Chances are, you feel very flattered but there is a high probability your manager has an ulterior motive. Their retention rate will be lower if people are leaving or they may just want time to find a replacement as it will better on their budget to give you a pay rise than it will be to recruit, hire and train a new employee. Before you say yes, consider the following reasons as to…
