An electrical equipment company are looking for a highly organised individual to work within their busy friendly support team.
This is a varied role, which will include a mixture of dealing with telephone calls both incoming and outgoing and responding to emails.
You will be:
• Liaising with builders and contractors
• Chasing factories for orders, scheduling deliveries
• Correspond with wholesalers, contractors and suppliers to ensure orders are manufactured and delivered
• Manage and process orders within specified and tight deadlines and much more
• Produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets etc.
If you have a solid work history within administrative roles, have a confident personality and previously used a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Advantage Opera, then this could be the perfect role for you.
