Location: Wickford, Essex
Salary: £17,500 to £19,000 per annum

Our client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy for sales orders, along with dealing with customer issues proactively via email and phone. This is a busy role in a small team and the duties will include updating internal databases, responding to emails and handling calls from customers.

Required Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Previous experience in an office environment is preferred

Hours of work:
Monday: 6.30am-16.30pm
Tuesday: 8.00am-17.00pm
Wednesday: 8.00am-17.00pm
Thursday: 8.00am-17.00pm
Friday: 8.00am-17.00pm
